At Ulvio we take the protection of your data extremely seriously. Below is an overview of how we handle data storage, security and privacy.
Hosting in the EU
All our servers run in data centres in Germany, with Hetzner Online GmbH. Our supporting services (email, storage) also use European infrastructure. Your data does not leave the European Union.
GDPR compliant
Ulvio operates fully in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We conclude a data processing agreement with every client and process only the data necessary for our services.
Security
- Encryption - All data is encrypted, both at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL).
- Access control - Multi-factor authentication and role-based access for all our systems.
- Network - Firewalls and network segmentation at every level.
- Monitoring - Continuous logging and monitoring of our infrastructure.
- Updates - Quarterly updates with an escalation procedure for urgent issues.
- Daily backups - Stored encrypted within the EU.
