How does an AI infrastructure project at Ulvio work?

We close with documentation and a handover, and stay on board to keep building.

Does our data stay with us?

Yes. Your data and your models remain yours and run in an environment you control. We decide together which data is used, who has access to it and how everything connects to your existing systems. Nothing leaves your environment unless you decide it does.

Do we need to know which AI application we want?

No. Many companies know they want to use AI but not where to start. That is what the analysis is for: we look at your processes and your data first and then work out where AI returns the most. The first step often turns out smaller and more concrete than expected.

Who manages the environment after handover?

That is your choice. We host and manage the environment if you want us to, or it runs on your own infrastructure. Either way you get the full documentation and source code, so your team can manage everything itself. There is no lock-in.
