Do we need to prepare anything before we start?
No, extensive preparation is not needed. We do ask for access to the people who do the work today, to existing tools and to relevant documentation. The analysis phase exists precisely to get to know your business from the inside.
How closely does the Ulvio team work with us?
We sit at the table with you. Our core team is small, so you work directly with the people building your product rather than through an account manager. We build in short iterations and talk regularly with the people who will use the product every day. How much we work on site is something we agree together at the start.
Who owns the code, and what if we want to move on later?
The code and the data are yours. At handover you receive the full source code and documentation, so your team or another party can always carry it forward. We host and manage the platform if you want us to, otherwise it runs in your own environment. There is no lock-in.
