Our services are not aimed at minors. We do not knowingly process data about people under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Sharing data with third parties

Ulvio does not sell your data. We share data only with service providers who help us with hosting, communication, analytics, project management or administration. These parties process data solely on our instructions and under appropriate contractual arrangements. We share data with authorities where this is required by law.

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact requests are generally kept for up to 2 years after the last contact. Project and contract data is kept for the term of the agreement and for up to 5 years thereafter. Accounting records are kept for as long as the statutory periods require (usually 7 years).

6. Cookies and similar techniques

Our website uses functional and analytical cookies to make the site work properly and to understand how it is used.

For website statistics we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Marketing cookies are only set with your consent.

7. Security

Ulvio takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encryption where relevant, backups and limited access to systems.

Ulvio does not take automated decisions that have legal consequences or that affect you significantly.

9. International transfers

In principle we process data within the European Economic Area. Where data is nevertheless processed outside the EEA, we provide appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict processing or to object to it. You can also withdraw your consent and submit a request for data portability. To exercise your rights you can contact us via our contact page. We respond within one month at the latest.
