From scattered tools
to one platform:
quotes in minutes
Dakwerken Jennes grew on craftsmanship, but quotes, scheduling and work orders were spread across Excel, OneNote and WhatsApp. We brought the whole journey into one platform. A quote now takes minutes instead of half a day, and no enquiry gets left behind.

Dakwerken Jennes, a roofing firm near Antwerp, has spent ten years building a name on craftsmanship and happy customers rather than on software. Quotes were put together in Excel, the schedule lived in OneNote, and work orders went out to the crew over WhatsApp. Good enough to grow with, too tight to keep growing.
The challenge
Everything between the first enquiry and the work order on site was done by hand. A quote took half a day. Preparing for an appointment took an hour, because the details sat in three different places. And an enquiry nobody picked up in time simply disappeared.
Owner Frank Jennes felt it mostly in his own evenings, which went on paperwork rather than on the trade and the customers. Work like that lets you take on more jobs, but not handle more jobs.
Our approach
We started with the day-to-day. Where does the time go, and where does work fall through the cracks? That pointed to one decision: not another tool alongside the others, but everything in one place, built around the route the work actually takes. Enquiry to quote to project to work order.
We built it step by step and put each piece in front of the team before moving on. Customers now pick their own slot in the diary. The roof is measured automatically from Belgian height data, so the figures are ready before anyone drives out. The quote is signed digitally. And the work order still goes to the crew on WhatsApp, because that part already worked and did not need replacing.
The result
A quote now takes around twenty minutes instead of half a day, nine times quicker than before. Preparing for an appointment went from an hour to twenty minutes. Every enquiry through the website becomes a job straight away and gets an automatic confirmation and a booking link, so nothing is left sitting.
"I spend far less time on admin and finally have a clear view," is how Frank puts it. That was the point of the whole exercise: not the software, but the evenings he got back.
Where it goes from here
The platform now covers how the business runs and is used every day. We look after the hosting and think along at every next step. The roof measurement that started here has since grown into a product of its own.
